A look at the Shia HADITH writings shows that medicine and body health are among the topics that have attracted the attention of some of the students of imams and scholars of Shia HADITH studies, and it has become the basis for COMPILING books on this topic or assigning parts of a HADITH book to this category. Unfortunately, only a few of the works that were written under the title of "Kitab al-Tabb" among Shia HADITH books have not reached our hands, and this issue has turned the definitive judgment about Islamic medicine into a serious challenge in scientific circles today. It has been and sometimes has been considered as one of the manifestations of the conflict between science and religion-it has made it difficult, but nevertheless, the structural and content review of these books and the documentary research and brokering of medical and health narratives can draw a general perspective of this issue to a large extent. to do The following article aims to enumerate Shia medical HADITH works, the methods of compilation of HADITHs in such works, and especially the book "Tab al-A'imah" from the works of the 4th century of Hijri, which in some ways has special privileges, will be examined and spread by the people of Nazar. put The results of the research show that the authors of Shia HADITH books looked at medical traditions like other subjects and collected authentic and transmitted, authentic and weak HADITHs, etc. in this regard. Therefore, such HADITHs should also be examined by jurisprudence, just like jurisprudential or exegetical HADITHs, away from any unnecessary sensitivity.

For the first time, Hurwitz recognized the relationship between HADITH and Quran the same as the relationship between oral tradition and written one. Islamic scholars didn’t admit this theory. Some of them (especially Goldziher) resoundingly rejected it. To Goldziher, HADITH exited in written form and debates on writing HADITH was merely a theoretical issue. According to the research done in the time of Hurwits, Jewish oral tradition was considered as merely oral for centuries. Now we know that it was a wrong consideration.The author of the present paper, in the light of results of new research on Talmud and historical analysis of old HADITH sources, tries to make a comparison between them in more details. In two primary parts of this paper, he verifies the methods of note-taking in Jewish and Islamic traditions and compares the methods of transmitting of religious teachings in both of them. In part three, the author deals with the formation of early HADITH collections and methods of COMPILING them.in next part, he has a critical view of opinions presented by scholars who are in favor of writing HADITH or against it in the light of their political and social conditions.

The tradition of “’Iʻrifū Allāh bi Allāh” is a difficult (mushkil) HADITH that has been considered by philosophers, mystics, and HADITH scholars. Some tried to draw the meaning and impact of this narration in the system of Islamic knowledge by using sanad criticisms, while some by explaining and interpreting HADITH with different approaches. Accepting the apparent meaning of this HADITH requires circle and chain, and as it appears from logical and philosophical findings, circle and chain are vicious and invalid. Therefore, this HADITH is a difficult one. This study, using the library method of collecting data, extracting the narrative, and presenting it to other texts, concludes that the existence of the difference between the versions of Kulainī and Sadūq of Mahāsin, with the existing version of Mahāsin al-Barqī and the changes occurred in the sanads, shows the complexity of the sanad. It shows also the ambiguity of the content and makes scholars provide a solution to solve the content and sanad problems of this HADITH. Unlike similar studies, this research does not explain the opinions of philosophers and mystics but tries to provide a solution from the perspective of HADITH knowledge. Traditionists present six meanings of the HADITH to reduce its difficulty. However, looking at the concept of HADITH through traditions of the same family and the same topic and presenting the text of the HADITH to other HADITHs, are a key to better understanding the HADITH, and the criticism and review of the views raised in the explanation of this narration. Presenting and preferring the theory of negative and retributive theology and knowing God according to the negation of attributes, is one of the other achievements of this study, with the approach of explaining HADITHs by other HADITHs.

Among HADITHs narrated from the holy Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, on memorizing and writing HADITH, there is a famous HADITH which is known by HADITH scholars as Arbaeen (Forty HADITHs). It played a significant role in dissemination of forty HADITHs books. Relying on HADITHs and verses of the holy Quran as well as Islamic culture and history, the author of the present paper deals with semiotics of Arbaeen. After mentioning different types of fort HADITHs, he comes up with the analysis of isnad (chain of documents) and refers to Sahifa Imam Rida, peace be upon him, and demonstrates the reliability of it. The final section of this paper is concerned with its HADITH scholarship especially on the different meanings of hifz and answering the raised questions.

Purpose: This research has investigated and demonstrated the scientific structure and knowledge map of the researches of wisdom. Methodology: the study used scientometrics approach. The statistical population of this research consisted from all scientific documents registered at the Scopus. In this research, scientific documents were extracted from Scopus and their co-word analysis was done after standardization. For each subject area and the keywords, a column diagram was formed, and then neighboring and co-neighboring graphs were performed. Findings: The findings showed that the fields of social sciences, computer science, business, management and accounting, economics, econometrics and finance, environmental sciences, engineering sciences, mathematics and decision-making sciences have done the most research work related to the study of wisdom. The most common words were wisdom, knowledge, ethics, education, leadership, technology, personality, and business. It is also proposed to develop the knowledge map of wisdom research, the main structures of "wise leadership, " "living with universal culture, " "teaching Practical wisdom" and "wisdom-based creativity ". Conclustion: The results showed that the concept of wisdom with regard to large capacities, especially in Iran, was not considered for the basic needs of society.

Regarding the increase of population in today’s world and turning cities into industrial places, the need for a management system is felt to compile principles and approaches related to this development. On the other hand, as a category of management science, urban management should pay attention to ecology as one of the most important parts affective city structure that creates a desirable environment for the residents.The present article is the result of a research which is conducted with the main goal to study the effective factors in COMPILING suitable and effective approaches for development in urban management system. The research was conducted by survey method with comparative framework. The information was gathered from documents, observations, interviews and questionnaires with Likert scale. The statistical population was the residents of Tabriz with the sample size of 260, and testing the hypotheses was done using t-student method. The findings of the research explain that the role of urban management is effective and important to fight against the negative effects of day-by-day increase of population and industrialization through orderly planning, providing suitable capitation, conducting public training, creating public contribution and paying attention to the future development of the city.

This argument has caused a great deal of controversy and has led to criticism from Orientalists such as Shakht and Yanbal by Muslim and Western critics. What is challenging in this regard and a place for reflection is the great similarity of the argument of silence of Western HADITH scholars with the rule of "Law Kana Laban" of Shiite jurists. The present article has analyzed the dimensions of these two arguments by comparatively studying the argument of silence of Western HADITH scholars and the rule of "Law Kana Laban" of Shiite jurists. In the argument of silence, the condition is related to the author's condition, but in the rule of "Lu Kan Kan Laban", the condition is determined based on the type of problem - public affliction. In both arguments, the significance of the issue lies in the context. There is also the condition of not hindering registration and publicity in both arguments; However, it is not specified in the argument of silence. These two arguments are effective in dating and validating HADITHs, provided that the conditions for each are met.

The validation of HADITH has an important place among the scholars of HADITH. By using the criteria of critique of documents and texts, they try to distinguish original HADITH propositions from hypothetical or pseudo-HADITH propositions. It seems that so far no attention has been paid to the typology of the propositions of the HADITH, except for the fake HADITH. As a result of applying the criteria of HADITH criticism, it has not been able to refine some HADITH propositions similar to the original HADITH propositions. HADITH-like propositions are one of the types of HADITHs. This article seeks to express the components and origins of HADITH-like propositions. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the author came to the conclusion that one of the pseudo-HADITH, is the propositions of the HADITH. Among the phenomenal factors of these propositions, we can mention the verbal beliefs, the importance of the subject and the wrong adaptation.

"Whenever you find a fly in your bowl, make it float, since there is illness in one of its wings and cure in another one. Fly gives priority to poison and postpones cure.”This HADITH is one of the most challenging reports which have been found in the sunni original HADITH collections and Shiite non-original sources. Reliability and unreliability of this HADITH has been the main concern of many discussions and has provided some different views regarding this haith. The author of the present article investigates the position of the above mentioned HADITH in the Sunni and Shiite HADITH books. He also analyzes the presented views in this regard and concludes that the earliest source of this HADITH are of the Sunni origin and such a HADITH with a reliable chain of documents is not found in the reliable Shiite HADITH books.

Those prays will reinforce the prayers belief and will give him satisfaction and calmness. There are some Sufis which claim that they have the best and easiest prays, on the other hand, people are usually lazy, then as a result there are so many false and imaginary prays available. There should be some criteria to distinguish real prays from the fake ones. Here, in this research, there are some efforts to show the criteria of pray writers and make some proofs to show that those prays are real prays which are from innocent leaders (Imams). The research is basically done by using library data, doing research on Emamieh Pray books, finding proofs, criticize of different prays and making assessment. As a result, everybody who wants to pray by using dua books, get shore all dua are originally from Imams and then he will reach pray goals.
